  • Rosemary Calcese

    Owner

    Rosemary Calcese brings over fifteen years of experience in real estate law to her clients and community. Over the course of her career, she has represented Fortune 500 companies, national firms, contractors, and a broad portfolio of residential clients, guiding each one with the same dedication and excellence.

    In 2025, Rosemary led and closed the 3rd largest commercial real estate deal in Tennessee history, solidifying her reputation as a trusted leader in complex, high-stakes transactions. This milestone reflects both her deep expertise and her ability to navigate deals of any scale with precision and integrity.

  • Crystal D. Wikerson

    Crystal grew up in Florida and is a graduate of Florida State University both with a bachelor’s in criminology in 2006 and with her doctorate in jurisprudence in 2009. She has been practicing law since 2009 and is licensed in both Florida and Tennessee. Crystal has extensive litigation experience and thrives in a courtroom. She is a former prosecutor with a history of success both inside and out of the courtroom. Crystal cares about each of her cases and is committed to zealous representation of her clients. Your case is not just a number to her. Crystal is now practicing primarily criminal defense, bankruptcy, and family law to include adoptions, divorces, child custody and juvenile law. 

  • Amanda Cocanougher

    Amanda L. Cocanougher grew up in Clarksville, Tennessee, the daughter of a Teacher and a Special Forces Solider. She was blessed to grow up with her grandparents, who retired from Ft. Campbell and remained in the area. She followed her mother’s footsteps and graduated from Austin Peay State University with a bachelor’s degree in political science. From there, she went to Nashville School of Law for her doctorate in jurisprudence while working full-time at a local law firm. In 2014, Amanda stayed with the local firm as an attorney. She joined The Law Office of Crystal D. Wilkerson & Associates in 2025.

  • Taylor Nigro

    Associate Attorney
    With a passion for explaining complex legal issues in a clear and accessible manner, Ms. Nigro provides practical and effective legal solutions for her clients. Working under the direct supervision of Owner, Rosemary Calcese, esq., Taylor has handled a variety of cases and has expanded her practice to include:

    Originally from Nebraska, Ms. Nigro earned her Bachelor of Science in Fisheries & Wildlife with minors in German and Criminology and Criminal Justice. Subsequently, earning her J.D. with distinction from the University of Nebraska College of Law, where she concentrated on corporate compliance and human resources, as well as real estate development and environmental law.

    Prior to joining Calcese & Associates, Ms. Nigro gained valuable experience as a Law Clerk in Grand Junction, a Student Attorney in the Weibling Entrepreneurship Clinic at the University of Nebraska College of Law, and a Research Assistant to Professor Colleen Medill. She also worked as a Lark Clerk at the University of Nebraska Office of General Counsel, where she developed expertise across multiple legal disciplines.

    Outside of her professional life, Taylor enjoys spending time in nature, exploring new coffee spots, and taking weekend trips to Norris Lake. Her diverse background, along with her commitment to clear communication and client-focused service, makes her a trusted and approachable attorney.
